Be-cuzz Cards — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Be-cuzz Cards app ("the App"), developed by Vinh Ly. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the App or its bundled content.

2. Your content

Cards, decks and recordings you create remain yours. You are responsible for the content you add and for ensuring you have the right to use any material you import.

3. Be-cuzz Pro subscriptions

Be-cuzz Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, available in monthly and yearly options.
The price and subscription length are shown in the App before you purchase, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Free features

The core of the App — creating and reviewing flashcards, on-device pronunciation practice, and conversation translation — is available without a subscription. Pro unlocks additional features, which are described in the App at the point of purchase.

5. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly; refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

6. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services (including Apple's speech, translation and payment services, and the services listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to record or transcribe anyone without their knowledge where the law requires their consent, or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are.

8. Accuracy & disclaimer

Translation, speech recognition and pronunciation scoring are provided for learning purposes and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not rely on the App where an error could cause harm — including medical, legal, financial, or emergency situations. The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
